It Started With One Person trying to find a way back from illness.

A few years ago, life forced me to stop.

I found myself in a hospital bed facing an enlarged heart, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), diabetes, and a failing liver. Everything I thought was important suddenly became secondary to one question:

How do I get my life back?

Recovery wasn't just about medication. It was about changing the way I lived and thought.
