From the Hospital Bed back to a new Daily Grind.

A few years ago, my life came to a grinding halt. I found myself in a hospital bed, facing a diagnosis that felt like a dead end: an enlarged heart, Congestive Heart Failure (CHF), diabetes, and a failing liver. In that moment, the "hustle" culture I lived by was gone. My body couldn't handle the stress anymore—and it certainly couldn’t handle the jittery, high-acid, high-caffeine coffee I’d relied on for years. I needed to heal, but I also needed to find a way to get my spark back.

The Search for a Better Way.
